Breaking for pigs feet… A guide to eateries in Taxco, Guanajuato, and San Miguel de Allende

It occurred to me as I was unpacking  that my priorities are completely unbalanced , you see my feet have become … Well weathered , no seriously… They look like a collection of anemic  Cheetos  with chipped nail polish,  a state that could have been avoided  if I weren’t SO cheap ; a combie only costs 5 to 5.5 pesos  a trip around the city… But no I walk  for Posol’e (30-50 pesos a bowl) (took a 45 minute bus  for pig knuckle Posole’) and tacos (6-15 each) , and … a whole variety of product made from goat’s milk that I cannot discuss without  serious mouth cramping … And the overproduction of  saliva. … I know [TMI]  but the thing is… I purchase on the basis of need , for example I  need a new pair of shoes because my old pair was lost (Hence the anemic Cheetos) So I’m currently  rocking my dresses  with my leather knee-high boots , ala Sinead O’Connor … Because I’m über  picky I can’t simply purchase unless it’s exactly what I want, AND need […]
